Abris Harnois Warranty
All shelters sold by AbrisDirect are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, Abris Harnois:
- Cover: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Steel Frame: 10-year warranty against material defects.
Warranty Conditions
- The shelter must be installed strictly following the manufacturer's instructions.
- Proof of purchase and photos of the damage must be provided within 30 days of purchase, or within 48 hours of initial installation.
- Damage must not result from improper handling, negligence, or lack of maintenance.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by ice, fire, animals, vandalism, or extreme weather conditions
- Snow accumulation
- Prolonged sun exposure
- Water infiltration at seams
- Normal wear and tear
- Defects related to improper installation or inadequate storage
Transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer. Removal and reinstallation of the shelter are not covered by the warranty.
